General Idea:

Ability to create and customize company’s proposal, communicate effectively on the phone; close contracts once all clients’ needs have been identified and addressed with Digital Experts proven solutions with organization business or individual customers (through a meeting or phone call).

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate, initiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Provide the best discounts and exclusive deals to other firms
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations & sales displays

Requirements:

  • Strong follow-up skills
  • Solid negotiation skills
  • Good English Level
  • Experience in dealing with software projects
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Deal with CRM, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
  • Digital Sales background knowledge and experience is preferred: Digital Marketing, E-commerce services
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated attitude
