General Idea:

should respond to all given social media accounts and handling the activities done on social media platforms. Also, monitor comments and feedback from followers, serve in the day to day engagement and conversation for all our social media accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and replying to comments and questions on social media
  • Manage & Moderate social media accounts
  • Replying to direct message on social media
  • Collecting and recording new comments and responses for future content development
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions
  • Optimizing page reviews

Requirements:

  • Excellent writing, consulting, Editing (photo, video, text)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Very Good in English
  • Positive attitude and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • Good experience with social media
  • Ability to work within a team
